We are located in Utah and all orders ship from our office.
We ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders of $35 or more and international orders of $99 or more.
International shipping is a flat rate, depending on the region. The most accurate pricing and conversion is available at checkout.
*International orders may be subject to fees such as customs and duties. The customer is responsible for covering these fees.*
Order Processing
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing unless stated otherwise (Example: Pre-orders).
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International orders: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KPopGreetings is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping information
Please verify that you entered the correct shipping information before submitting your order. If you notice that the information is incorrect after placing your order please contact us immediately via email: kpopgreetings@gmail.com. However, if your order has already been picked up by the carrier, we claim no responsibility or liability for any lost packages. If your package is Returned to Sender (returned to us), we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
