KPopGreetings currently ships within the United States but is working on offering international shipping soon!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process our orders within 3-7 businesss days. Once shipped, orders may take between 7- 10 business days for domestic orders shipped via USPS.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are items that are soon to be or currently in production. By pre-ordering, you are securing a spot to receive the item as soon as it's ready.
Pre-ordering offers additional benefits such as discounts on the items or free gifts with purchase. The benefits may vary per pre-order and the details will be included in the lisitng.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We highly recommend to review all the pre-order to ensure you are willing to wait for the item to be produced, quality checked, and then shipped.
