Where do you ship to?

KPopGreetings ships worldwide, excluding countries experiencing mail service disruptions.

UK customers can order from our Etsy Shop: kpopgreetings.etsy.com.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process our orders within 3-7 businesss days. Once shipped, orders may take between 7- 10 business days for domestic orders shipped via USPS. International orders may take up to 21 business days.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Do to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order please reach out to us through email at kpopgreetings@gmail so we can reach a resolution.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are items that are soon to be or currently in production. By pre-ordering, you are securing a spot to receive the item as soon as it's ready.

Pre-ordering offers additional benefits such as discounts on the items or free gifts with purchase. The benefits may vary per pre-order and the details will be included in the lisitng.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We highly recommend to review all the pre-order to ensure you are willing to wait for the item to be produced, quality checked, and then shipped.
